On our contact page, we have a single contact form that asks for your name and email address and details of your inquiry only. We ask for these details in order to handle your request and to allow us to reply to you about the inquiry. The data is automatically emailed to our girvan.mail@south-ayrshire.gov.uk email inbox and will be viewed and handled by a member of office staff.  

We do automatically collect statistics about visits to our web site using Google Analytics. This information is used to help us follow browsing preferences on our site so that we can regularly improve our service. These statistics do not contain personal data and cannot be traced back to an individual.
